🍁🍂A BIG Autumn update!

Sorry it’s been a while, life can get in the way sometimes can’t it! For instance my girls school caught fire (true story!) so I was homeschooling for a bit… Thankfully she’s back in with her friends and lovely teacher so now I’m back! So I’d best update you on what’s been going on…

🎨 A mural with my lovely local community centre (ran by the amazing village volunteers and trustees). I’ll be on it by myself this time – hopefully I’ve learned enough from the lovely Doodledeb! We’re hoping I will be able to get in to do that before Christmas if the school doesn’t need the space 🤞

🏫 School visits! Somehow all my visits I’ve done so far have just been through word of mouth 😯 So I’ve got my act together and FINALLY designed a leaflet to show what I can do for our local schools! This is so exciting for me because I love to make time to inspire anyone I can – especially children! More on that in another post.

📖 Finally… the next step in my book journey! Everything I’ve achieved so far has been fueled by me and my dream to reach more of you with my books 📚 but now I feel like I could develop myself more as an Author and Illustrator by taking steps that will help me connect with even more people. So now I’m working towards getting an Agent to become ‘traditionally’ published! I hope you’ll continue with me on this journey to get my next books in more bookshops and have them be able to stock me properly (which I can’t do at the moment through self publishing)

I have big dreams that still roar inside me even when bumps in the road try and slow me down and once I get an idea I truly believe in; I go for it. Sharing this journey with you is another step forward, and while it’s scary putting myself out there like this… I just know that something wonderful is on the other side of this fear.
